Please note, if you are not in the UK you have the option of buying the full kit, however we recommend you opt for our 'rest of world' version of the kit that allows customers to buy their own pink disco ball separately from a vendor in their home country. The reason for this is we cannot guarantee no breakages to the glass during international shipping (no matter how OTT we go on the bubblewrap!). Much love for your understanding.

Shipping FAQ
Generally, we ship kits created by Craft and Master using tracked services, and once shipped you will receive tracking and shipping information from the courier. We're a small business still, so we aim to box all orders received during the week on the Sunday, and ship on the Monday. This means no more than 5 working days until shipment.
Shipping times may differ during high intensity shopping periods, such as Black Friday and end of year holidays.
International shipping: Our kits ship from the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any import or custom fees incurred by the shipment.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your craft kits! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If you’ve opened the item and you find there is an issue of any kind, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued if the kit has been used, or if any of the perishable items have been opened. For example, clay is unable to be reused once opened.
The shipping cost paid when the product was purchased is not refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
Once your return is received, we will let you know you and update you on the status of your refund. Please keep in mind that if you receive a refund for your kit, you will also lose access to the digital lesson.
